Murder's R Us has encountered yet another successful, rewarding year.
As always, we are committed to making life for our customers
entertaining and enthralling as best we can. We offer a great amount
of amusement for our customers who come to the weekend "holidays" such
as, live music shows every night and kids crèche full of fun
activities. We aim to always please our customers and take the utmost
care in making sure they all enjoy their stay. The company has
continued to grow and grow in popularity because of our strong
advertising campaign. Our income and closing balance increased and the
company service provided for the public has also increased rapidly.
This is our first year in this business and we know that it was a
success and so we are hoping, with your help, to broaden our horizons
and increase our profits further and thus increase your profit.
The following annual report has been compiled with maximum accuracy
and precision for Murder's R Us Ltd. It has been made to show you, our
trusted and loyal shareholders, it is worth staying with our company.
Below are the accounts for the previous year and graphs to display
sales and profits. All information stated below is all factual and
will initiate our proposed prospects for the New Year.

Managing Director's Statement
The company has had a tremendous start with amazing growth in our
first year.
Clearly Murder Mystery Party events are here to stay. It is fair to
say that our success has been the result of an excellent response from
local organisations that have embraced the concept of our parties, and
for their support we are very grateful.
Customer care remains at the heart of our concept. From the very
beginning of the booking process to the final event itself, our
customers experience a level of attention to detail that has enabled
us to persuade many to take up repeat bookings during the year.
The CNN Documentary “Homicide in Hollenbeck” described several criminal issues that have affected the Hollenbeck community. The documentary focused on the life of a gang member and recruitment of juveniles within the community. Criminological issues discussed in the documentary includes gang and gun violence, drug sales, homicide and vandalism. Interviews were conducted of personal experiences and opinions on neighborhood issues with members of a notorious gang known as White-Fence gang, police officers and family members who lost their loved ones in the hands of gang violence.
There have been many horrific and disturbing murders in Illinois. There have also been gangs that have been born and destroyed in Illinois. Two of these terrible happened to take place in little Skidmore. One of the gangs in Illinois was Charlie Birger and his Boys. A dreadful and unfortunate murder happened on the famous Chain of Rocks Bridge. The last murder took place in a young woman’s house. Many of these murders and gangs were terrible and scarred the state of Illinois.
The book Murder in the Bayou: Who Killed the Women Known as the Jeff Davis 8?, written by independent journalist and private investigator Ethan Brown, tells the horrific true story of the bayou town of Jennings, Louisiana located in the heart of the Jefferson Davis parish. During the four year duration between 2005 and 2009, the town of Jennings was on edge after the discovery of the bodies of eight murdered women were found in the filthy canals and swamps. The victims became known as the “Jeff Davis 8.” For years, local law enforcement suspected a serial killer, and solely investigated the murders based on that theory alone. The victims were murdered in varying manors, but when alive they all shared many commonalities and were connected to
This case arose when I went out of town on my first business trip. I have been a sales trainee for the last six weeks, and my supervisor felt it was time to send me out. I was lucky enough to get sent with the number one sales rep for the company, Vince Collier. I was excited because I knew that if I was going to learn the best ways to make a sale, it would be with Vince.
The Murderers Are Among Us, directed by Wolfe Gang Staudte, is the first postwar film. The film takes place in Berlin right after the war. Susan Wallner, a young women who has returned from a concentration camp, goes to her old apartment to find Hans Mertens living there. Hans took up there after returning home from war and finding out his house was destroyed. Hans would not leave, even after Susan returned home. Later on in the film we find out Hans was a former surgeon but can no longer deal with human suffering because of his traumatic experience in war. We find out about this traumatic experience when Ferdinand Bruckner comes into the film. Bruckner, Hans’ former captain, was responsible for killing hundreds

Next the chapter goes on to talk about the types of serial murders for men and females. The chapter talks about how Holmes and DeBurger came up with four category typology of serial murders. 1. The section goes on to talk about how other people to categorize serial killers by their terms of geographical mobility, and also their sexual tendencies. Next the section talks about how female serial killers are categorized into 9 different categories come up by Kelleher and Kelleher. 1. Black Widows 2. Angels of Death 3. Sexual Predator 4. Murderers and Serial Killers in the Chicago Area. A notorious murderer or serial killer is the typical next door neighbor one would hardly associate with a serious crime: an educated psychopath with little regard for life. Most of them commit murder for some misplaced psychological benefit. Their actions border on insanity, as some commit theft by stealing their victims’ belongings and committing rapes, an indication of a need for financial gain or a craving for distorted sexual desires.
The Uniform Crime Report, which was developed in the 1930s, is commonly used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a record of crimes committed all across the United States. These crimes, which fall under two categories, Part I and Part II offenses, are reported by local police to the Federal Bureau of Investigation each year. Part I offenses are considered to be the more serious of crimes recognized by society. Such examples of this are homicide, forcible rape, robbery, arson, motor vehicle theft, etc. Part II offenses are those that are considered less serious, such as fraud, simple assault, drug abuse, gambling, stolen property, embezzlement, etc. Part I crimes can also be subdivided into what are known as violent crimes and property crimes. Henry Lee Lucas bludgeoned, suffocated, stabbed, shot, or mutilated nearly 360 women, men, and children— committing his first murder at the age of thirteen. Lucas was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder characterized by a person’s lack of conscience and expressing little regret over harming others (Myers). Scientists define psychopaths with the following traits: lack of empathy, guilt, or remorse, impulsivity, weak ability to defer gratification, superficial charm, and a grandiose sense of their own worth (Choi). Psychologists, scientists, and criminologists search to answer the question of why serial killers commit mass killings and how they become such violent humans. With this in mind two school of thoughts emerge on the topic: nature (genetic makeup) and nurture (environmental and social factors). Genes, many argue, is the answer to understanding the mind of a serial killer while others focus on the origins and surroundings of the psychopaths’ childhood. However, I have found that it is a mix of both genetics and cultural upbringings that form a psychopath. In order to prove this, one must understand the genetic makeup of a psychopath.
Management experience will also play a large role in the success of the forecast. Serial murder investigations are the most difficult cases for investigators. Serial murder investigations can become wide spread, and can include many challenges that will require time, money and resources. An example of the commitment required to investigate a serial murder case is that of Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. One investigator worked the investigation full time for 11 years. The day he made the Arrest was the day he retired. Serial murder is one of today’s most terrifying crimes. The killing of multiple people within various jurisdictions can alter everyday life for people residing within these communities. The result is intense pressure from the public and media placed on investigators to track down and apprehend these killers who commit such horrific acts to unsuspecting victims.
