The obesity rate now in America is sky high. It’s becoming an epidemic. If we don’t do anything about this we will start in the new generation of the same problem and healthcare. By changing your lifestyle substantially improve your overall health. Besides obesity diabetes heart disease is still the number one killer. So what do we do about it but obviously cannot be swept under the rug?
