The anti-vivisectionists say we should allow no experiments on animals and the animal utilitarians, or vivisectionists, claim that we can do anything to animals if it is for the ultimate good of humanity. Perhaps they are both wrong. Much can be learned from treating animals that are already sick or injured in testing new life-saving drugs and surgical techniques. Animals, as well as people benefit from new discoveries. But is it right to take perfectly healthy animals and harm them to find cures for human illnesses, many of which we bring on ourselves by poisoning the environment, eating the wrong kinds of foods, and by not adopting a healthy active life-style?
The fact is animal testing should be banned because different species have different reactions to drugs. That is probably the strongest reason other countries have already placed bans on animal testing, along with the fact that most of them fail miserably. The easiest way to help out these animals is becoming conscious and simply looking to see if the products you use have been tested on animals. You may lose a few of your favorite brands, but it will be so worth it when animal testing is eradicated and these animals can be saved by families, not “adopted” by research facilities to make their lives miserable. Put yourself in those poor animal’s shoes, would you want to be crippled and have your freedom ripped away from you to test products to make someone pretty?
Animal testing for human safety is inhumane and must be banned. Beloved house pets such as rodents, rabbits and even dogs are being tested on all over the world. These powerless and voiceless animals are intentionally given dreadful diseases to find cures while scientists could be finding alternative ways of testing instead of using our furry friends. Furthermore, the tests are not precise because there have been products found to cause cancer in animals but also cures human ailments. Why are humans authorised to conduct such inhumane things, who gave humans the power of heartlessly torturing feeble animals?
Since animals are different from humans, experimenters are wasting time and hurting animals only to find little that works on human beings. Researching on animals is an inhuman way of trying to improve medicinal research. There are other alternatives to experimentation on animals that could save millions of animals from being experimented on and killed. Researchers need to eliminate the use of animals in research. People should stand up for the animals that are being mistreated and being slaughtered.
Animal rights groups feel that animals feel as much pain as humans do, and they suffer when they are kept in cages for long periods of time. An amount of animal research is done for Products, not to find cures for diseases so this is not necessary. Finally, it has also been said that humans can get all the nutrients and vitamins they need from vegetables and fruit. Therefore having to kill animals f... ... middle of paper ... ...eat animals wrongly and falsely. Also PETA has been changing the way people view animal’s abuse by teaching and sharing about Animal rights.
Scientists experiment on animals and by doing this testing, scientists are supposed to develop safe medical treatments or medicines for humanity; however, most of the products created are never actually tried on humans. These animals are suffering through horrible and inhumane experiments when there are better methods to ensure the safety of humans as well as animals. Alternative testing methods do exist. These alternative methods can replace the need for animals but, still, animals are being abused for testing. Animal testing needs to be eliminated for a number of reasons.
If they feel their rights have been taken away from them then they will fight back. It?s hypercritical for humans to torment and kill, innocent and unprotected animals if they talk about their own rights. Animals should receive the same rights as humans. Over 115 million animals have been tormented daily for scientific research. People seem to find this acceptable but if the same number of humans were to die at the same time, it actually be considered a tragedy.
Modern society would be suffering from rare diseases without it, including tuberculosis and polio. Many companies, from cosmetic companies to home improvement companies test their products on animals. Many animal tests often require animals to be killed, and/or experience pain, discomfort, and isolation. Many countries around the world are looking to stop animal testing, and many alternatives that are cheaper, more accurate, and humane exist and are being improved. Animal testing is no longer needed in our world, as many cheaper, humane, faster, and more reliable alternatives have been discovered and may even improve, which can eliminate animal testing once and for all.
All of... ... middle of paper ... ... to a substance, so different results are shown. In conclusion vivisection does not benefit the people, for it only leads to more deaths. Laws should be formed that protect the abuse of animals who are used in vivisection because industries are only hurting the animals and not producing drastic results from the tests. The facilities that perform vivisection are allowed to cause pain in any amount to the animals. The animals are placed into unnatural habitats that change the way the animals behave.
Researchers should consider the use of the chemosynthetic liver. Researchers will never understand the pain these poor defenseless creatures go through, so people think it is acceptable to continue animal testing since animals can not speak for themselves. Supporters are specifically concerned with the use of animals for medical and cosmetic testing, as well as the killing of animals for their fur, and hunting. Individuals are disturbed with the use of animal testing for medical and cosmetic development. People intentionally exterminate animals for trophies and for profit.
