Plot Several important events lead to the outcome of Animal Farm. In the end the pigs within the story have become a complete corrupt government and very human like. The long chain of events begins with Napoleon chasing off Snowball at the meeting that decides if the windmill is to be built. He “uttered a high pitched whimper” to call his police dogs, which drove Snowball straight off the farm. Napoleon then chose to build the windmill after all.
Just days after Major tells everyone what they must do he dies. He is almost like an orator to all the other animals and his character is believable. When Major dies the animals’ end up rebelling against their human master managing to overthrow him. After the rebellion the most outspoken pig, Napoleon, manages to become the leader along with Snowball, who is the most eloquent pig. Napoleon figures out a way to get Snowball kicked out of the farm so he can be the leader himself.
Shortly after, Napoleon takes the spot light and takes charge along with the other pigs. He argues that dishonesty becomes present within the environment and their ideas and their views are all different. In this story the animals send away the unkind humans out of the farm, and change the name of their home from Manor Farm to Animal Farm. George Orwell embodies the Russian corruption of communism into the pigs upon the farm. Mr. Jones was irresponsible to his animals by letting them starve, and very cruel by beating them with whips.
For instance, the word "comrade" is used often. The pigs mostly use a Russian accent, but the other animals mainly use an American accent.Animal Farm is about a farm in England during the Russian revolution. The animals on Manor Farm are fed up with the way they are being treated. Inspired by a speech given to them by a late animal named Major, the animals revolt. The animals drive the owner off the farm and take over.
Which is ironic because he dies by over exertion in building the windmill. Boxer favorite two lines are, “I will work harder” and “Napoleon is always right”. Squealer is a pig. He is the “P.R.” for Napoleon, explaining a bunch of mumbo jumbo to the dumb animals. And the animals would believe him because they can’t understand a word that he is saying.
Mr. Jones tried several times to try and take back the farm. This was where the animals tried their best to keep it under control. Further on in the story you see how the pigs rule over the farm and the animals, and take all the privileges for themselves, whilst leaving the rest of the animals to work restless hours and feed on rations. They soon realize that life on animal farm is just as worse, if not more worse that when the farm was ... ... middle of paper ... ...t in the story. In the story it is clear that the writer has created a message in the story.
Napoleon begins to ally with neighboring farms so that there is no way out for the common animals and they are now unknowingly trapped. At the end of Animal Farm, Orwell describes the pigs many years later and tells us that they are becoming more like humans. "No question now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which." (Orwell 139).
The humans tried to take back Animal Farm, but they fail. After the battle Napoleon and Snowball continued to struggle for power. During a meeting at which the animals are to vote on a plan for a wind mill, Napoleon calls for his attack dogs and banished Snowball. Napoleon disbanded the meetings and started spreading propaganda that he is the cleverest animal therefore he should make decisions. He began to make contact with the human world which disturbed the other animals.
Shortly after that the Old Major died’s and then the rebellion starts to take place. Mr. Jones is like a bad guy to the Animals. Napoleon to is also another major villain. But after Jones is gone, all of his tools are burned, and now its time for the animals to take a look around the farmhouse. The name Manor Farm is changed to Animal Farm and the Seven Commandments are established.
The animals on the Mannor Farm are sick of being worked to death and getting small rations, so they decide to over throw the humans. They endure many hardships, including two human invasions. In the end the leaders, the pigs, turn into exactly what they had fought to over come. The conflict between the animals and the humans is resolved by the animals, lead by the pigs, over throwing the humans but in the end the pigs end up acting just like the humans. The conflict between Napoleon and Snowball is solved by Snowball being driven away and Napoleon gaining complete control over the farm.
