Alex Banh Synopsis In the year 2035, Humanity finally becomes an interplanetary society. The culmination of years of research have led to leaps and bounds in human spaceflight. 2035 sees the arrival of the first humans on the red planet. These are pioneers who are the first in a new era of human history. But how did they get to this point? How did humanity escape their birthplace to travel among the stars? Follow the crew of the Andromeda from selection and training to their first historic steps on the moon. Andromeda is the story of how the world turned their focus towards space. As the collective space agencies of the world begin to set their sights on mars, they realize that many obstacles must be overcome in order to reach mars. Human health in space, habitation on mars, and effectiveness of travel are some that these agencies face. Then witness the trip to the red planet through the eyes of the crew of the Andromeda, and experience the monumental effort given by all of earth’s individuals in to put a man on mars. Space exploration is expensive, and without political support or financial support of some kind, space agencies would be powerless to overcome the technological hurdles that they face.
