Analyzing the Character of Macbeth in William Shakespeare's Play
This Essay will focus on the tragic tale of 'Macbeth', and by doing
this I should be able to come up with both his villainous and
redeeming qualities, which are shown from the very start of this play.
He is a strong warrior along with the fact that people think highly of
him, but in addition he is associated with the witches, as in one of
the first lines a witch proclaims, "There to meet with Macbeth", which
to the reader gives a sign of potential evil with Macbeth.
At the beginning of the play, everybody is admiring Macbeth, which is
essential information on how highly people think of him. Its essential
because the reader first thinks that Macbeth is a very respected
person. He is described as "brave Macbeth" which obviously gives him a
redeeming quality. The captain tells Duncan that Macbeth and Banquo
enjoy killing opponents on the front line, which gives Macbeth an evil
quality that he actually enjoys murders. "They meant to bathe in
reeking wounds", indicates this. Blood is usually associated with
evilness and hatred, which could give the reader a vision of evilness
inside Macbeth.
Macbeth's attitude to his wife is rather bizarre as his actions
towards her change constantly. "They met me on the day of success",
designates that Macbeth is telling Lady Macbeth about the witches.
Therefore this goes onto the conclusion that for Macbeth to be telling
his wife this 'top secret' information obviously gives the suggestion
that Macbeth and his wife may be quite close, which gives Macbeth a
redeeming quality because of his faithfulness to his wife. However

his country is battling against.
Maybe he fears Macduff because he's has realized himself that he was
not worthy of being king and that Macduff is.
Macbeth's only heroic quality now is his courage that he is now
fighting to save his own life, battling till the end. His potential is
coming back that he once had at the start of this play. This is a
redeeming quality to Macbeth as there's a chance he is now realizes
that 'what goes around comes around'. He is starting to make more
sense.
MACDUFF KILLS MACBETH…
As my essay comes to a close; I believe that Macbeth is not completely
a villain. Although he has many villainous qualities, he also has many
redeeming ones. Therefore I would state that Macbeth was influenced to
commit these awful sins.

Macbeth rejects conformation to traditional gender roles in its portrayal of Lady Macbeth’s relationship with her husband, her morals and their effect on her actions, and her hunger for power. Her regard for Macbeth is one of low respect and beratement, an uncommon and most likely socially unacceptable attitude for a wife to have towards her spouse at the time. She often ignores morality and acts for the benefit of her husband, and subsequently herself. She is also very power-hungry and lets nothing stand in the way of her success. Lady Macbeth was a character which challenged expectations of women and feminism when it was written in the seventeenth century.

“If chance will have me king, why, chance may crown me Without my stir?” Macbeth ponders after three witches foresee that he will become king in the tragic play Macbeth written by William Shakespeare (349). Macbeth is wondering how he could become king of Scotland without him intervening as he is not in line for the throne. He believes that he will have to take action to gain this position. Macbeth was right to doubt fate, because his choices led to his ascension to the throne and, later in the play, to his downfall.
Minor, supporting, background; all of these words describe what people think as being an unimportant character. Even though they are classified as being insignificant, there are many actions they do, words they say, and problems they are a part of that make them have a bigger effect on the storyline than one might have thought. These small parts can affect and influence the entire outcome of the play, making what seems to be a joyful ending into one that nobody could have imagined. In Shakespeare’s, Macbeth, the supporting character of King Duncan, displays an important role in the events that take place during the play. Through Duncan’s thoughts and actions he expresses to the reader that, we put unrealistic amounts of faith in people, pride in oneself can shadow over others, and that there are flaws in the way we see one another. All of these actions and feelings that come from Duncan, have an effect on how everything will turn out in the end.
The one who is at fault in the play of Macbeth written by William Shakespeare is not all who presume it is. Some say the blame is on the Witches, some say Lady Macbeth, but Macbeth is the real man at fault. He was at choice of his decisions, only slightly pressured by his wife, Lady Macbeth. Macbeth dug himself into a hole he was not able to climb out of. There was no return to the light side for him as he had no regrets, he was inhumane, and cold-blooded. There are many examples that show his inhumanity towards others throughout the play, one cold-blooded act to another with no turning back. It was a painful ending for Macbeth since no one showed sympathy for him as his head ended up on a sword. Macbeth is at fault for all the critical events within the play as he is the one that killed Banquo, King Duncan, and Macduff’s family.
Another funny section in this play is where Puck puts an ass head on the shoulders of Bottom.
Riley, our starting quarterback, placed his hands on the helmet of the right tackle, as he did every play. He called the play looking straight into my eyes signaling the pass was coming to me. My entire body tingled with excitement as I ran to the left of the field. I could feel my cleats dig into the soft, freshly cut field as I took my stance. I looked up into the sky seeing only white lights which created the stage for the football field. As I brought my head down slowly to see the white eyes of the defender across from me, my heart beat slowed and I was still, in peace for the short moment. The quarterback hiked the ball and I began in pursuit; shifting, juking to get away from my defender. We were side-by-side running down the field as the ball was thrown into the air, coming strait to me. I jumped up and became airborne, snagging it from the lit up, night sky. Falling back with the ball secured into my arms, I felt my defenders full weight push into my left leg. A snap rang out as we hit the ground together and I looked down to see a large bump sticking straight left out of my

William Shakespeare is widely regarded as the greatest writer in the history of English literature as well as the world’s paramount playwright. Possibly the most superlative writing attribute he possessed was his unmatched ability of characterization. Shakespeare created unique, opaque, and eminent characters who related to almost everyone. When one thinks of these famous characters, Shakespeare’s tragedy of Macbeth comes into consideration. Macbeth is possibly Shakespearian Theatre’s densest and most disturbed character, and this prestigious title can be credited to his obvious psychological problems. The troubled mind of Macbeth can be related to several modern day psychological problems.
In Shakespeare’s tragic play Macbeth, Shakespeare creates the ruthless character Macbeth, who is willing to go beyond any measure in order to attain the power of being king, including murder, deceit, betrayal and overpowering the chain of being. Macbeth was first tempted by the idea of kingship when three witches presented him with their portent of Macbeth becoming the next King of Scotland. Ebullient, Macbeth, immediately informed his wife of the news and they both pondered the thought of having the power to rule all of Scotland. Lady Macbeth, a power seeker herself, promptly schemed a plan to kill King Duncan in order for her and her husband to rule, displaying her ready ambition for power. Macbeth’s thirst for power ate away at his conscience
The play was "Red 334"which is a run to our halfback, me, out of our dive series. I crouched over the ball as I jetted past the quarterback and ran the play so we could observe the changes we needed to make. I let out a sigh of relief because we were finished with the most dreaded part of practice; well, only until someone complained about not knowing their job on one of our pass plays. Coach Nelson undoubtedly decided we needed to run through the final pass play before we perfected our defense. The play was quietly called in the huddle with intentions of getting it right. I ran the play through my mind while I tried to remember what the snap count was and what I was supposed to do for that play. The ball was snapped and I jolted to the left of our team's quarterback to set up his backside protection. Out of my peripheral vision, I noticed the defensive end raging toward the quarterback. I intensely stepped into him while lowering my body and exploded through his shoulder pads sending him stumbling into the line's pass protection.
