The Little Red Cap is about a young girl, who wears a red velvet cap that her grandmother had handmade for her which is why it is titled the Little Red Cap. One day her asks her to take some cake and wine to her grandmother, and tells her not to stray from the path because there is danger in the trees. While walking along the path, a wolf pops out in front of the little girl, and she tells him that she is going to her grandmother’s house to drop off some wine and cake. Without thinking clearly, she tells the wolf the exact directions to her grandmother 's house and he persuades her to go pick flowers for the grandmother off the path. When she finally arrives to grandmother’s house, she is shocked at how big some of grandmas features are and says “Oh, grandmother, what big ears you have!”, “OH, grandmother, what big eyes you have!”, “OH, grandmother, what big hands you have!" and "Oh, grandmother, what a horribly big mouth you have!”. She then realizes that grandmother isn’t grandmother it’s the wolf and he eats the little girl as well as already have eaten the grandmother. A woodsman hears the wolf 's satisfied snores and thought he better check in on the old lady and finds the wolf. Next, we talked about her social development and how she only has social interaction with her mom and grandmother and is very secluded, they also never mentioned friends. Then we talked about her emotional development, and how she is in good health, she knows who she is, she knows her close family is and has developed close attachments with mom and grandma. Finally, we talked about how scary and dangerous it is for a young girl to walk through the woods to go to grandmother’s house.
