And some kinds of cake require whisking the yolks and the whites separately like the opera cake.

Trust me, it’s simple as long as you learned from your previous trials, I became patient, but one thing that I’d left is the decoration; however I’ll set a goal to start practicing soon.

I have a lot of memories with pastries. If you like to make your cake dough using the mixer, for pastries at some point, you’ll have to use your hands to check its stiffness or softness. At first, I used to throw the dough away because I wasn’t able to make it to the consistency.

Then, I got precautions with my measurements, two spoons of yeast and sugar and add ¾ water suitable for two cups of flour, wait for 10 minutes until it rises. Then, mix with flour and oil, adding half a cup of water gradually until two cups of flour is mixed very well. After the dough is prepared, you have to leave it to activate the yeast, which will help it to rise, and even after rolling it to your liking you have to leave it again for a bit.
