Sexuality has a huge role in our average everyday life. No matter the individuals age or the gender. Regardless, what of the individuals’ race/ethnicity is; sexuality is the central role of what we do and what we are, as individuals. There has been research done in analyzing sexuality. This paper will explore the topic s of sexuality as a tool for the production and reproduction of inequality. This particular paper will be an interpretation of sexuality with a particular attention to various perspectives within gender inequality, such as: political, religion and economy inequality have controlled gender sexuality inequalities, the role of sexuality difference in the behaving and maintaining gender inequalities, and the perception that ideology plays in determining the associations in gender. These perspectives will be an understandings that sexualities are influenced by political and individuals social interactions within our surroundings. Over the years there has been a significant gap difference between gender sexualities. Sexuality may be seen as an insignificant topic, but in modern-day existence there are conflicts over individuals’ sexual values and the way individuals conduct between males and females. When it comes to the topic of sexuality, there are inequalities which lead to form some sort oppression, and political issues. Through the military and police, a state can enforce conformity and apply rules to control gender which inter counter between males and females, revolt and even punish the individuals that challenges in acts of threats from rebellious individuals. These are attributes that and expectations of a “good Latina women.” But being born in United States and my parents from Central America becomes somewhat of a conflict. I will be in the category of biculturalism, a theory that demonstrates conflicts and tensions between two different cultures; to belong to both cultural communities. Espinoza makes a great point that, “Latinas draw on their mestiza identity and bicultural orientation to navigate the cultural blind they face.” The two spheres between school and family. The general issues in gender inequalities is that women and men are unequal within families and the cultural of the family contributes and influenced by gender inequality by social institutions they are in or grew up on.
