...h countries is amazing. Vietnam has a long coastline that has advanced the country in many ways in regards to exporting and importing. Malaysia’s location has been excellent for seaborne trade and as a result has been the essence of Malaysia’s success in trading in addition to an excellent perseverance in infrastructure.
Similarly, Vietnam and Malaysia have extraordinary cultures. Both countries have a rich and profound diverse culture. Diverse cultures can promote innovative and creative ideas for an organization such as Posh Pastries.
Again, I highly recommend Malaysia as the country of choice to expand Posh Pastries. Malaysia is a country on the move. And with Malaysia’s political and economic stability, easy accessibility through sea and air, and incentives for foreign investors, there is no better place to further a business’s potential for investment.

Vietnam, a country like no other rich in culture, traditions, and with a multi diverse community has been the topic of many debates for years and often is mentioned with animosity and most of us only associate this country with a negative time in our history, the Vietnam War. We will like to show what makes this Country so unique and hopefully teach others that there is more to their culture than just the negative connotations associated with a terrible war.
Our largest opportunity for growth lies in the emerging economies of China, India, and Thailand. A modest growth in stores in the US, and Europe (2%), while increasing efforts to expand by 10% a year in China, Thailand, and India while offering new menu items in the stores we currently have in place is projected to increase our revenues from $14.9 billion per year to $26.46 billion per year over the next 4 years. This plan will increase our indirect labor force, by adding select marketing teams, commodity managers, and a VP of construction.
In addition, Vietnam had and still has a Communist government and a socialist economic model. However, the Vietnamese are trying to move more towards a free market system. Meaning that the Vietnamese want a market economy where the forces of supply and demand are not controlled by the government, nor any other authority. Moreover, every members of the government are elected by Vietnam’s National Assembly. Additionally, Vietnam is one of the fastest growing financial country in the world with, according to bbc.com, a nominal GDP that reached about $170 billions.
