Each of the following '' Life Coaching'' aims is being defined, and each has the description of how it's useful in helping the client to promote self-awareness and personal development. It is worth mentioning that these aims being discussed, is from what I understood from the ''Life Coaching'' manual, (CMIT, 2010).
Aim One: ''Life Coaching'' builds a'' joint venture'' where the Life coach guides the client to apprehend their full potential, and attain success in the different aspects of life.
How it will help and be useful for the client?
The Coaching process would create a tuneful balance for all aspects of the individual's life, in addition to developing comprehensible paths which would transfer the client into a brighter future.
Aim Two: ''Life Coaching'' process depends on the growth of a special relationship between the coach and the client. The ''Life Coach'' manages this relationship and designs the appropriate coaching program for it. The later coaching program focuses on the future rather than looking to the past.
