The common dynamic of construction is understood universally when you look at someone visually and realize he or she is different from you. It is a more internally driven and psychological maturity that is needed when attempting to cognitively construct who a person is from the perspective of personality (Briggs-Myers, Jung, 2014). Per Briggs-Myers & Jung (2016), individuals with this temperament, are overall “good citizens” that have a strong sense of duty. There is however a draw-back for any one (including myself), that tries to be very time oriented, task specific and received enjoyment from full-filling these tasks.
