Google’s human resource strategy are the employees ensuring better tools to produce a successful tomorrow in which they utilizes a great amount of capital for a premium human resources. The short term investment in Google’s human resources will result in long term benefits. Google are trying to promote their modernity ad system which allows them to extend out to majority of marketers around the world. Google is flexible and take pride in what they do and their achievements. Google has one of the best strategy human resource departments in the world and that department is vital in the success of the organization.
