Feminism has nothing to do with belittling men, feminism does not reinforce sexism for either gender. Feminism works towards equality, not female superiority. In the speech titled “ He for She” by Emma Watson, she introduces today 's issues on female equality. Feminism does not only empower women. As human beings we should all seek to empower one another and work towards change as a single community rather than a divided gender population. Both men and women can become advocates to change the systemic inequalities that women face such as through rape culture.

Our culture condones and encourages rape.” People who say that rape is the victim 's fault are very ignorant because nobody asks to be raped. A lot of people say that a person is asking to be raped based on how they dress or on how they conduct themselves in social settings, but that 's a very ignorant way of viewing someone and determining how they feel. Others believe that rape is a joke because there is a reason behind why the person was a victim. People believe that sexual assault is a joke but it leaves a person emotionally traumatized and changes their “normal life.” Women who get raped may end up pregnant and live with a child of a person who forced themselves on them. Victims also end up getting diseases that may have been passed on by their attacker. It may be all fun and games to some because they do not believe that people who are innocent can get rape or that only a certain type of person is raped until it can happen to them. Victims of rape do not ask for it, they do not want it, and they do not seek it. To say that it is their fault is very ridiculous because they are not the ones performing the act of rape, the person assaulting them
