I have been tasked to create a marketing plan to successfully bring back a 1970 's toy into the market. I am writing to you to share the work I have done on the project and have decided to make the marketing plan for the formerly popular Etch-A-Sketch toy. I will identify our target market, and outline our objective and the 4 Ps of marketing

Target market
The target market is a group of customers with a similar need for a product. With toys, the target market is usually for children; they need toys to pass time when they are bored and to allow their imagination to unfold. Sometimes it is hard to market a toy because of the diverse characteristics that people have; boys and girls have different interests, and every culture see things differently. It would be very easy and effective to market a toy that would not be affected by any external factors. For that reason, I have decided to take interest in Etch-A-Sketch; Etch-A-Sketch is beneficial for anyone with a creative mind. It is a rectangle that has a screen in the middle and two dials, one on each side of the screen. The dials move a stylus that draw lines on the screen. It is a very simple toy that works a hundred percent on its own, it does not require batteries and does not have any hazardous pieces.
Price: The cost of making such a product is extremely low, if we were to offer it for just $15 and have one in every household it would be more than enough. That $15 is affordable for all households, there is no need for any extra accessories and it can be shared with everyone in the family.
