• They classified their inventory into safety stock, buffer stock and minimum stock.

INVENTARY MANAGEMENT OF RAW MATERIALS AND FINISHED GOODS.
MIRANDA TOOLS has classified its inventory are as follow:
• Material classification: the company classifies its components as raw material, packaging material, consumable material, and non- consumable goods. Company keeps safety and buffer stock of all these components in store for using it even in the emergency.
• Components: these are sub assembly of end products for Endmills, Toolbits; all of those for waiting for packing.
• Work-in-progress: these material and components are those on which work is being done.
• Finished good: these are the final product held as inventory in stores waiting for customers order.

STOCK VERIFICATION
• The store department of material can do stock verification. The person of store department checked the materials whether the materials are as per the order or not.

2) The employ detail containing name, card no, date of joining, grade, designation, job specification no, date of birth, education qualification, previous experience etc. is prepared by P&A department and distributed to all manual holder, once in a year by a head of P&A.
3) Any change taken place due to transfer, promotion, additional responsibilities or living of service of employee,the same is intimated to concerned HODs through Circular,E-mail, IOM etc.
4) The competency needs of operators performing activitiy affection quality that require further improvement will be identified every year (in a group) by april with the help of competency gap identification form and or discussion with concern HODs. For management staf who are covered under performance management system of the company, it is done at a time of annual appraisal of performance by 30thapril.
