2.1 PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING
2.1.1 Project Development Approach
Iterative water fall mode
The information flow among business functions is modeled in a way that answers the following questions: What information drives the business process? What information is generated? Who generates it? Where does the information go? Who processes it?
The information flow defined as part of the business modeling phase is refined into a set of data objects that are needed to support the business. The characteristics of each object are identified and the relationships between these objects defined.
The data objects defined in the data modeling phase are translated to achieve the information flow necessary to implement a business function. Processing descriptions are created for hiding, modifying, deleting or retrieving a data object.
It works to reuse existing program components when possible or create reusable components when necessary. In all cases, automated tools are used to facilitate construction of the software..
2.1.2 PROJECT PLANNING
Once a project is found to be feasible, software project managers undertake project planning. Project planning is undertaken and completed even before any development activity starts. Effective management of a software project depends on thoroughly planning the progress of the project. The objective of project planning is to provide a framework that enables the manager to make reasonable estima...

Development in such applications requires programming skills and sound knowledge in the ASP.NET with various others functionalities and tools used with it.
2.3.1 Cost analysis
The cost spent in the making of the project is categorized into two parts:
A.) Direct cost: This is in terms of money.
In our project it is the estimated cost of:
• Hardware (Computer)
• Software (Microsoft Asp.NET)
• MS SQL Server 2005
• Documentation Cost.
B.) Indirect cost: This is in terms of labor or the manual work.
In our project it is the estimated cost in terms of:
• Time spent in system analysis and design
• Managing time for coding.
• Generating Report
• Referring other sources like the internet.
