The multilingualism in the twenty-first century imply great possibilities for integration in cultural, social, economic, political and others terms. This lets us a space for interaction in different levels like local context, regional context, national context and international context. In terms of understand the different events around this expression; I'll discuss how it is possible to create a global community, taking into account the factors that allow the free development and the creation of social values. The first consideration, in terms of multilingualism, is that there are two starting points for this condition. Primarily, citizen's needs related with learn another language, apart from their native language and in a second consideration, the efforts of governments to promote the learning of another language since the first grades of the school; in this sense, the question is linked to the language that is promoted between the citizens and how be involved in learning language means to be involved in the global context. The English language has become the primary language in many places around the world; in terms of being a information source, published studies or presents a cathedra and opinions of different personalities, entities and organizations in the world. Now, although its use has been expanded through the years does not imply that it is a universal language, there are many languages that coexist in different spaces and describes different universes, thought systems that can hardly become universal by the appearance of a single language. With this, we are referring to internal languages in different geographic scenarios that allow to aboriginal and ethnic communities, "survive" through the years, despite the ... ... middle of paper ... ... of expression. Each of these elements mentioned above, the dissemination of global information, cultural knowledge and artistic, conservation of the native languages of different ethnic groups or non-dominant minority population, participation in the promotion of views of social conflicts, promoting linguistic, employment opportunities, and dissemination of human rights are part of the benefits that i think has the multilingualism, which provide the possibility of constructing a global citizenship more aware and solidarity, based on the cultural richness and the recognition of differences. In addition, it is worth taking care of the existence of this rich ethnic and cultural; require global policies that permit the coexistence and interaction designed to encourage their conservation in the context of a market for global citizens to interact from their differences.
