Hermann and Pauline Einstein's oldest child, Albert Einstein, was born on March

14, 1879. He arrived in Ulm, Germany. Einstein had one sibling, Marie. Pauline had

"Maja" on November 18, 1881. As a kid, Albert enjoyed taking piano and violin music

lessons. He also didn't start speaking until a later age.

Hermann, his father, was an engineer and salesperson. Hermann's brother, Jakob,

and himself founded a company called Einstein and Cie. The electrical engineering

company wasn't successful for long. This is what sparked Albert's interest in science.

In early 1884, Albert had private education sessions to get him ready for school.

The young child received his primary education at a Catholic school in Munich during

1885. Lurtpold Gymnasium is where he transferred in the year 1888. Albert and his

educator didn't get along, and he didn't like the school. In 1894, he moved to Italy with

his family without a degree. Einstein later graduated from high school in October 1896.

After graduation, he enrolled to become a teacher at Eidenoessiche Polytechnise Schule.

His goal was to teach Mathematics and Physics. Later, he got his degree in July 1900.

Einstein applied to many universities but didn't get a job. He then went to the University

of Zurich. He gained his doctorate in the year 1905.

Einstein and Mileva Marvic had a daughter in January 1902 around Hungary.

Nobody knows what happened to Lieserl, their daughter. They assume she was put up for

adoption. On January 6, 1903, Albert and Mileva disobeyed their families and got

married. In May of 1904, Hans Albert, their oldest son, made his grand arrival. Six years

later in July 1910, Eduard, their second son, was born.

abdominal aorta. He passed away that next early morning at 1:15 a.m. Einstein was

seventy-six years old when this occurred on April 18, 1955. He was cremated and the

ashes were put at an unknown place.

Even though he's gone, his theories have helped create many things. A few are:

the television, remote control, automatic door openers, lasers, and DVD players. In

1999,TIME magazine named Albert Einstein "Person of the Century."

Einstein also left us with many quotes that are used today. Quotes such as

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.",

"Imagination is more important than knowledge.", and "Any man who can drive safely

while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the attention it deserves." Because of his

theories and quotes, Albert Einstein's brilliance will live on.
