Also, international flights offer different classes of flight that could determine the low and high cost of airfare. The perceived level of airfare is significant variable in the study to analyze the consumer behavior in the airlines. The researchers aim to determine if the low cost and high cost of the airfare guarantee the quality of physical environment and services encounters during the flight in the perception of passengers. The study aims to determine if the low cost ensures poor quality and high cost of high quality based on the experiences of the passengers in physical surroundings and services. The survey will be conducted at Terminal 1, Ninoy Aquino International Airport on the first semester of Academic Year 2017-2018. The terminal that has the most number of international airlines arrived is in Terminal 1 of NAIA that's why the survey will be conducted there.
