1. Age of Technology/Information--->Age of Exploration: The age of information and technology is the era in which we live today. The age of exploration was a period of time where several European countries set out to discover new things and claim new territory. In today’s world, everyone is always looking for more room to grow, and new things to create or discover. This is similar to the age of exploration because the same countries that became super powers during that age are still big super powers in modern times, specifically Great Britain.
2. Age of Exploration--->Imperialism:During the age of exploration, several countries set out to gain land, and the power that comes with gaining land. Imperialism is an idea of one country or empire being superior to another due to their size or territorial rule. After the age of exploration, many nations now had enough land to claim rule over many countries. Without the age of exploration, imperialism would not have been so widespread due to the fact that most imperial controlled land was captured during the age of exploration.
3. Napoleon--->WWI: Napoleon was responsible for the spread of nationalism throughout Europe in the 19th century. WWI was a conflict based on national identities, or nationalism. After Napoleon spread nationalism throughout Europe, many countries were wanting to strengthen their own national identities. Many countries felt that this war was necessary to assert their national identity, which all results from Napoleon spreading nationalism during the French Revolution.

And both men were great at persuading people to think the way they think. Additionally, both men were strong nationalists, although Hitler did go a little extreme with that whole holocaust incident.
35. Greek Military Rule--->Napoleon Military Rule: Military rule of a nation has been around since the ancient Assyrian empire of the ancient east. One strong example of military rule were the Spartans who ruled their empire by the size and strength of their military. During his time in power, Napoleon tried to recreate a type of rule that was strong and rooted in the nations military. Sadly, Napoleon was not successful and his empire fell in 1815 at the battle of Waterloo, marking the end of his campaign for a military ruled France.
