Opinion About Afternoon Naps

Trying to find out, whether afternoon naps will benefit us. My opinion on this issue is that somewhat this is true because I have took an afternoon nap, and this lowered my tiredness from work. My work habitat is really busy and stressfull. Sometimes I have chances of ten-minute breaks, but I can say that later on work comes in heavier. In the article, "Naps Benefit Both Mind and Body"in paragraph 3, is stated that "taking naps improves people's problem solving skills".On my opinion, I can say this is true ,because taking a nap can also be a form of clearing your mind. With the fact that when you take a nap you are recovering some energy. In paragraph 4, the article states that "Taking naps is linked to a lower rate of heart".Some interesting scientific facts that help you realize that taking naps is something important to you health, between the connection of body and mind .I can say that this makes sense because work can make you rush and in this way your heart is pumping faster and your vulnerable to contracting a heart disease. …show more content…

In paragraph 2 , sentence 4 is stated that" when you nap the result is that you suffer from "sleep inertia"and you will remain groggy and ineffectual for some time after waking. In my opinion, this is true but this is only a matter of 30 seconds to 1 minute. This is normal for everyone, even for those who don't nap and sleep reguarly at night , so when you wake up you will suffer the same sleep inertia. Nowadays we live in a busy world, we encounter family, job, and financial related problems, so we all are in the position of getting busy. I guess taking a nap won't make your problems bigger , but it can help get along with them
