Business often fail in identifying customers’ needs because of inaccurate data, improper survey or environment factors. Customers’ needs change very frequently and business needs to stay up to date in order to supply the right products and services to customers. As the growing of technology as well as the creativity of human, more and more products and services are created day by days, therefore, it is easier than ever for business today to be out of trend if they don’t do right survey or keep track on what people is interested in. However, with the rapidly increasing ideas from people all around the world, it is even harder for business to improve their products or innovate the new products through surveys. For example, when one new product comes to the market, immediately after one or two week, people from somewhere in the world who might even don’t have the degree on that field can create a new product that is better satisfy customers than the current product. It is how competitive market nowadays is. Business might do the right survey with the right sample size which represent the population, but it might be right for today but it is wrong for tomorrow.
