OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY This study is undertaken with the following objectives. • To identify the satisfaction level of ATM card customer. • To know the fact that which ATM provides better ATM services. • To know the awareness level among the residents. • To study the problem faced by the customer. • To offer suggestion based on the findings of study. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research definition: Research is a process in which the researcher wishes to find out the end result for a given problem abs thus the solution helps in future course of action. According to Redman & moray research is defined as a “systemized effort to gain new knowledge.” Research design: According to “Claire Seltiz”, a research design is the arrangement of condition and analysis of data in manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure. Nature of research: 1) Descriptive research: these studies are concerned with describing the characteristics of a particular individual or group. Determining sources of data: There are 2 main sources of data 1. Primary data 2. Secondary data Primary data: It consists of original information collected for specific research. Primary data for this research study was collected through a direct survey .To obtain this primary data a well-structured questionnaire was prepared by the researcher and also personnel interview was conducted. Secondary data: It consists of information that already exists somewhere and has been collected for some specific purpose in the study. The secondary data for this study is collected from various Japanese management books. DATA ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION Sample Size and Design... ... middle of paper ... ...TM there fore. Banker need to conduct many awareness programs. It will more useful for the customers who are interest in depositing money in ATM. Banker must also cancel the service charge or they need to increase more home ATM center. So it will be helpful for emergency with drawls and also customer no needs to pay money as service charge. ATM / Debit card are used to purchase products any where. It reduces the people to carry money always. The suggestions are implemented properly it will increase the satis- faction of the customer while using ATM / Debit card. Specially in amity university ATM machines are out of service soo students are lots of problems in their day to day life soo students are very much dissatisfied by the ATM services provided by allabad bank & oriental bank of commerce MNC banks should spread awareness regarding their ATM cards & services .
