How do you see Marilyn Monroe? A fake? A whore? An inspiration, or even a hero? How much do you really know about her?
First lets start with some background information. Marilyn Monroe’s birth name is Norma Jean Baker, She is most known for being a major sex symbol, an actress, singer, and model. Why do I think she’s heroic? Above everything, her childhood was a nightmare, and she was still a very strong woman, but ill get to that later.

Marilyn is a genuinely strong, independent, beautiful women who had to withstand more than most, and she still smiled and didn't let that affect her and she didn't let anything affect who she was. She was true to herself despite people judging her, she lived her life how she wanted, which is how we should all live, laidback not worrying about what others think, as long as it makes you happy do what you want, afterall you only live once!

Marilyn Monroe was born in L.A. on June first in 1926(Yvonne). Her mother, Gladys Pearl Baker was born May, twenty seventh, 1902. Gladys was twenty four when Marilyn was born. Marilyn's Father Who's still unclear, but we think her father is Edward Mortensen was born February, twenty sixth, 1897. Edward was twenty nine when Marilyn was born. Marilyn never met her father and her mother was mentally unstable and was institutionalized and could not take care of Marilyn.

Furthermore, lets talk about Marilyns childhood. Her childhood represents everything dark(the vigilant citizen), Marilyn was not with her mother because she was not quite all there in the head, Marilyn remembers her mother screaming and laughing in a room by herself. Her father refused to ever meet Marilyn. Therefore she was forced to go to an orphanage, She was in at least eleven foster homes and...

furthermore, how did Marilyn Monroe die? No one really knows. Some people think she committed suicide by overdosing on sleeping pills, and others think she was murdered due to the bruises and marks on her skin. Why would someone murder her? We think that Marilyn just knew too much, Why would she kill herself? They say that doctors controlled her life and drove her insane.

Finally to wrap everything up, I hope I either helped you make up your mind on Marilyn Monroe or maybe even changed your opinion, I know when I did research my opinion changed. The one thing that inspires me the most about Marilyn is she’s known to be one of the most beautiful woman ever and she doesn't have a Victoria secret model’s body figure, shes a little chunky and I think it shows that you don't have to be skinny or perfect to be beautiful.
