1.0 Introduction
In the era of Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Malaysia-Japan relations have become closer after the policy ‘Dasar Pandang Ke Timur’ was launched in 1982. Once the policy is implemented, many changes occur in the structure, organization attitude and training was increased.
Trading partner and third largest export destination of Malaysia is a country from Japan in 2008, which involving RM136.7 billion and total trade increased by 16.5% compared to 2007. Increased foreign investors from Japan look for investment opportunities in Malaysia is very profitable in the future. In this study, one of the company that we’ll examine is AEON Co.Ltd. , which is the one of the company from Japan and holding company of AEON Group.

2.0 Company Background
Jaya Jusco Stores Sdn. Bhd. is the previous name before AEON Co.Ltd was fully takeover. Jaya Jusco Co. ltd. originally owned cold storage (Malaysia) and three other local companies which was established in 1984 and is among the first Japanese companies have entered for joint ventures in the retail industry Malaysia. In 1985 Jusco has opened a store in Malaysia at the Plaza Dayabumi Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Jusco has assumed operational control of Jaya Jusco in 1988 as a whole and in October 1989 the oldest Jaya Jusco store was established in Taman Maluri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

To establish AEON as a leading retailer brand in consumer finance and service industry by providing excellent customer service.

4.5 Staff
In realizing organization mission, workforce needed to launch business operation not only superior employee in fact subordinate also contribute more. Problem observably in AEON Company is underemployment in operations division. Misunderstanding between employee and also income problem that not equivalent with standard of living in this age is major factor most workers takes step to quit.
Another factor also is about acceptance culture that where majority employee in AEON Taman Maluri is Malay worker. In every Japan organization, their work culture still preserved despite the company was in Malaysia. So, most Malays still less their acceptance with Japan culture not only in terms of organizational structure, work ethic and others.
