Before the death of Jobs his business achievements were really fabulous. The company was having a greater significance in the marketplace in the terms of stock & a special portion occupied by it. He was good enough in realizing the importance of culture than the traditional leaders. He brought a revolution in the role of a leader. He realized that if an organization is having strong values & beliefs then its employees will be determined to put on the new & unique practices that may help a company to be on a distinct position delivering best. His flexible style of performing his role as a leader was really nice that he was able to grasp the attention of the workers, subordinates both the individually & executively. He even did not have the productive employees involved in every task due to his personal reluctance. In case of managing the teams he brought more challenging tasks in front of the employees that were quite different from the historic ones.
