In the article ,“A Tale of Two summers for Parents” written by Belinda Luscombe, It’s main focus was to inform us about two mothers who had to leave their children ,somewhere unsafe without any parental supervision. Belinda chosen the side where she doesn’t find it a big deal “ I left her some money this morning and told her to have a nice day. If anyone wants me to arrest me, I’ll probably be a McDonald’s getting her some dinner”. She also mention Deborah Harrell ,who left her 9 year old daughter at a nearby park while she went to work, Shanesha Taylor ,who left two toddlers in her car on a hot sunny day when she went for an interview, both of the parents have gone into custody for their awful actions. As a 16 year old male who tries to understand everybody’s perspective I personally find this an act horrendous. I would love for a toddler (around …show more content…

By this information she meant that it’s harder to make time for their children and still put food on the table with lower their income. Most jobs who pay little or more disposable workers they really can’t fail task ,or miss more days than they need to or they most likely get fired. Belinda’s facts are not wrong, I agree with her in this portion of her statement in her article. Being a mother isn’t the easiest thing to do when you have to handle a delicate job and children. It’s easy to not think of the bad situations but it's better to be safe than sorry in most cases. This doesn’t mean to just forget that your children need somebody older to be safe and to not have a feeling of panic. In conclusion, my side is to do the best thing for your children, and ask for help we all have somebody in our life who would love to take care of your children. If your children got kidnapped you would never forgive yourself why not start fixing that
