The first impression does matter in an interview (Chernev, 2006). The person should put on a conservative suit in dark color; this makes an individual appears smarter and more qualified. For an interview where the dressing mode is more casual, for example on a construction site or a factory, for men, they should wear a button down shirt that is collared with a tie and some nice slacks. For women, polite slacks, skirt, or appropriate dress it depends on the place. Folks should keep off from wearing extra perfume, flamboyant clothes and jewelry.
