Question 6-The approach that fascinates me the most is neuroscience; furthermore, neuroscience is the study of nervous systems, anatomy and physiology. Neuroscience is preoccupied with both the organization of the system in humans, animals and their purposes. Neuroscience proposes a body of information that serves as an infrastructure for comprehending how cognitive operations are conveyed. Cognitive neuroscience focuses on cognitive processes, which are visual, object recognition, attention, memory, problem solving and language (Friedenberg and Silverman, 2012). Neuroscience uses three measures in gathering information. The first group is the study of brain damage and they do research on humans using the case studying method; subsequently, it examines the behavioral deficit of subjects who have underwent brain damage to due to an accident. In animal’s lesion research, this impairment is prompted (Friedenberg and Silverman, 2012). The second recording involves the recording of brain activity in patients. The electrical act of individual neurons or small group of neurons can be recorded with cellular soundtrack procedures that utilized an imbedded electrode. …show more content…

A white light source brightens the strip of tissue as it comes off the blade, reflecting a copy to a camera (Friedenberg and Silverman, 2012). The audiovisual is then managed by a computer system to provide a three dimensional reconstruction precise down to the cellular level. The KESM has the capacity of digitizing the complete measurements of a mouse brain at a 300 nanometer resolution within a 100 hours. If technologies like this were used to scan the human brain, researchers could record the position and connectivity of each neuron, provided that an inert but priceless data set from which to generalize brain function (Friedenberg and Silverman,
