Hello ladies and gentlemen. First I would like to thank Florida Atlantic University for allow me to speak today. It is with great honor that I stand before you to discuss such pressing matter that effect each and one of our lives. My speech today is something I have already covered in the pass yet it is still relevant today. As a State Senator I have spent most of my time to develop and build on the study of Critical Race Theory (CRT). CRT is a topic that is not discuss enough in our race related issues that faced us today, which I believe is the root cause of social disorganization and influence directly or indirectly all other theories mention. But actions taken by governments under the umbrella of white supremacy is almost views as political or social acts instead of criminal acts. For example, Lee Atwater who was an American political consultant and strategist to the Republican Party, he was an adviser to U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush and chairman of the Republican National Committee. As a member of the Reagan administration in 1981, Atwater gave an anonymous 45 minute interview to political scientist Alexander P. Lamis on how republicans should to talk and address issues to win elections. In his interview he stated “You start out in 1954 by saying, “Nigger, nigger, nigger.” By 1968 you can’t say “nigger”—that hurts you, backfires. So you say stuff like, uh, forced busing, states’ rights, and all that stuff, and you’re getting so abstract. Now, you’re talking about cutting taxes, and all these things you’re talking about are totally economic things and a byproduct of them is, blacks get hurt worse than whites.… “We want to cut this,” is much more abstract than even the busing thing, uh, and a hell of a lot more abstract than “Nigger, nigger.” This is one of many examples on how white supremacy operates, targets minorities and exacerbates social disorganization among black communities. Yet it seems like if no one is every held accountable for such cynical actions and practices. What I propose is a mandate to reconstruct of our government. Peer to Peer Race Relation Act, what bill does is it allows redistribution of wealth in all states and redesign the government to where citizens are governed by their racial group or who they identify with. (The objectives are to increase economic stability and opportunity for the less wealthy members of society and thus usually include the funding of public service.
