A. Imagine that a teacher has come to you for advice. They like to teach courses in an exclusively lecture and test format. They feel that is the best way to accomplish their content outcomes. Yet they admit that they struggle with classroom management and that their students are frequently bored and restless much of the time, not to mention achieving poorly. They do not want to change what they do, but they want their students to be motivated and well-behaved. What advice do you give?
Ma’am Sheila stated that the facilitator must teach their students the way they could learn. They must also consider the diversity of learners and prepare activities that are suited to students to attain effective teaching-learning process. And assure that the instructional materials and activities would encourage the learners to more enthusiastic towards the lesson.

Teachers must attend trainings regarding modern teaching techniques. One example is the technology-aided instructional materials that are trending nowadays.
