Should abortion be a women's choice and is it constitution to allow someone to take another's life? Murder is illegal and it is absurd that the rules are bent for women who do not want to take responsibility for their actions; being that there are many ways to prevent pregnancy in the first place abortion should be illegal. A majority people who are prochoice don’t believe that abortion is murder because the child has not developed all there body parts and they simply call it a fetus or a group of cells. It is in fact murder and it is mind boggling to think that to these people accept the theory that plants are alive because they grow with sunlight and water but a human fetus is not alive because it doesn’t have a heartbeat YET. "Simple morality dictates that unless and until someone can prove the unborn human is not alive, we must give it the benefit of the doubt and assume it is (alive).And, thus, it should be entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." (Regan, 1982) Abortion is unnecessary because it is one thing that can surely be prevented with proper precautions.
There are many ways to prevent pregnancy in the first place. There is birth control, condoms, surgeries, and ABSTINENCE. Sexual intercourse is not just for fun; its whole purpose was to reproduce and populate the earth. If abortion was illegal and unobtainable people having sexual intercourse would take more precautions to ensure that they were not going to get pregnant if they are not ready or do not want a child. If you take the option of abortion away they have no way to cope out of the child they created and people who don’t want a child will surely be more careful when having sexual relations. ...ould have ever had. Everyone is supposed to be equal and if prochoice followers believe that everyone should have their own choice and decide for himself or herself then the mother and the child inside her should be equal and the child should have say in that choice as well.
