I first drew out a plan of where I wanted pictures, characters, quotes, etc. Then I got a wood frame that I created along with my dad. Painted it gray to make a good contrast between the white, black, and orange colors. After gathering the information need to complete my project. I glued it on another sheet to bring it out then glued that onto the board. A found an old clipboard to add more effect on as if you were in a game and put my annotated sources and process paper.

I really enjoy keeping it simple on these trips like my grandfather 60 years ago. It is a great way to remember tho...
The first sketchbook I received consisted of an average eight by eleven inch Pacon brand for two dollars. This cheap, paper sketchbook became one of my precious treasures throughout my life. As a child, pictures introduced themselves to me in various forms. Paintings, wallpaper, newspaper comics, manga, cartoons, picture books, and many more. When I saw all these beautiful images and drawings, I began my journey through the creation of my own works of art.
Such as wooden rods, wooden pegs, paper scroll, tea bags, a lighter, ribbon, markers, and a feather. First I started off by separating the wooden rods into two, and hot gluing the wooden pegs on both sides of the rod to give it more of a realistic dimension. Next, I measured a certain amount of paper scroll which would fit in between the rods. That created the base for the Torah. Then I took a tea bag and made sure it was wet so that I could dab it on top of the scroll to make it look old and historic. After that, I began to fill the inside with Hebrew lettering, and symbols just like an actual Torah scripture. I also added quotes that resembled life, and the purpose of living, and how Jewish people were treated in olden days. Lastly, I finished it off by rolling it and adding a red ribbon around it, and a feather to give it a finished
My room is set up to accommodate my writing. When somebody walks into my room the first thing they will see is a sign on the door that's black and white, it says authorized personnel only, ask Elmer First or die, I printed it on my computer. The sign is there to keep unwanted people out, mostly my family. When people come in my room the thing they notice the most are the colors of my room, which are black, gray and white. The gray is a stripe about five inches wide around my room in the middle, the black is on the bottom from the gray, and the white is on the top.
The holiday season is fast approaching and the list for children to buy for is long.
I like novelty in the music I listen to. Every holiday season, the same songs are played over and over, covered repeatedly but sounding nearly the same. I can appreciate some covers that break the mold, such as Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s holiday rock opera. Yet, the vast majority of holiday music just seems too commercialized and the substance of the original song just seems lost. There are good ways to cover music, such as an artist performing one of their favorite songs, or a song that really inspires them. When it comes to holiday music, I don’t think there is anyone out there who would claim “Jingle Bells” to be the most important song of their lives.

When a person thinks of scrapbooking, what do they think? I think of all the pictures and memorabilia that I have saved to create a portrait of my life which I can cherish forever. Scrapbooking is more than making cute pages. Scrapbooking is a unique craft and strange hobby that is rapidly changing (“What”). One wants to make sure all the photos in the scrapbook are safe and won’t be destroyed. As the science of photography is changing, the life of the pictures is being increased, as long as all the safe materials are being used and precautions are taken in what they are doing and how it is being done (“What”).
The trip to Asia was a chance of a lifetime. It could not have been any more perfect. We worked hard and learned a lot. The memories and friends made are unforgettable. I only hope that I helped make someone else's trip just as wonderful.
My most memorable family vacation took place two years ago. We went to Corsica, a French island situated in the south of France right next to Italy. I remembered waking up early excited to visit this new land. Used to take long flights, I was surprised to arrive to the destination after a one-hour flight. Even though the flight was short for me, it was stressful for my mom, she has never felt secured in a plane, probably due to the fact that she is afraid of height. When finally arrived at the destination, the dry and warm weather was there to welcome us. We all felt relief, and knew that this was the beginning of the summer. Excited, we had a lot of activities planned for the few weeks, me and my father could not wait to dive in the clear
