A Career as a Human Resource Specialist

I want to be a human resources specialist because it has good money. It’s in a business I have always wanted to be in a business. I also want to be that because you can hire and fire people. You also have to give people drug test very frequent in this career and in almost every career. You also have to do a lot of paper work. The human resources all started around the 19th century. The one’s that came up with the idea called them self’s warfare creators. One big problem was that World War 1 had just started and most of the men were in the war and so it just left the women to do the job. In the 20th century the human resources had to do the training in their job. They are the boss for the people that are under them. They hire and also fire the people that are trying or are already working there. Most of the people that are human resource specialist are women but there are some men that do this job to. Is’ also good money and most men don’t go to college long enough or some don’t even go they go to hands on working. About 900,000 people employee in the career field of a human resources specialist. There are about 400,000 jobs of human resources available in the U.S. today. Human resources specialists 70,000 people get jobs that is about 13%. They say that the percent will grow to be twenty by the year 2024. Over the next 10 years in the HR specialist can expand 60% are rewarded employees. It has grown in the past five years about 7.6 percent and they are hiring a lot more to the percent of mere hired people has grown to about 30 percent in the past ten years. They estimate that about fifteen percent will grow of hired people in the next twenty years. I would ask recommendations from my mom’s friends Stacie and Adrian Castillo they have been there for me since I was a baby. Another person I would look up to is my grandpa’s friend Paul Perez he has also been friend with him since I was little and have also been there too. When you first start out in the human resources your salary is not great but it is enough to get by it about $35,000 at first. The average salary is about $48,000 that is pretty good. The expectation salary is about $63,000 a year that is really good that is above average. There is nothing you could gain by this career. The only way you could advance is if you go back to college and you get a better degree but that’s it. After researching this career I would want to do it because it has good money and it sounds fun to do.
