The choice of a career or profession is one of the most important things of life. This is one of the most difficult things in life as well. The amount of guiding services, proper counseling and ever increasing unemployment has further convoluted the matter. There is merciless competition which continues to grow and become more and more aggressive. This can result in most of the young men and women in search of suitable jobs becoming confused, indecisive and frustrated lot. A right choice of a career is fundamental importance. On it does depend one’s success or failure in life. An accurate choice can lead to a happy, prosperous and satisfying profession and life. On the other hand, if the wrong choice is made, one can be very miserable, disappointed and very unsatisfied.
Finding a job in the health care system is very relevant and useful because you will never be out of a job due to the fact that people are always getting sick. One very common profession in the health care system is nursing. A nurse is a symbol of dedicated service to heal the suffering of humanity. Nurses are very important to today’s economy as well as society. They have been around for many, many years. Nurses are very important because they play a huge role in the treatment, recovery, safety as well as the health patients. Nurses are trained to work with people of any age or size. Nurses are also involved in the medical research that is done on a daily basis. Once upon a time, nurses were just seen as the doctor’s assistant. ...the last few years there has been an acknowledgement that all health care systems, public sectors as well as private sectors, are characterised by small encouragements which generate disorganisation in the use of uncommon economic resources. Overall, nursing I find it an opportunity to be able to become a registered nurse. I feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that there will be a healthier possibility of me attaining a job. Registered nurses have a sense of upward mobility which is only limited to every individual nurse. Being a healthcare professional in a field which would be specialized, I feel more appealed to work in different areas of the field.
