Recommended: Sports influence culture

The Beautiful Game I can truly say that my love for the game soccer is like no other. Even if the thought of soccer enters my mind, I instantly fall into a daydream, unaware of absolutely anything around me. I sit and fantasize about situations I have been in and situations I long for in during a game. I have never felt anything quite as exhilarating as winning a tough match. Winning in is my blood, it is who I am. Coming up short is aggravating but no matter the outcome of the game, or how I performed, I will always find myself on pitch with my cleats laced tight and the ball on my foot. The net, tactically knotted to hold strong, represents unity. The field starts and ends with the goal, no matter which way you look at it. A team is no different.
