Introduction
My job is Culinary which means cooking and preparation and serving of food. I chose this career because I love cooking food and I come from a family who cooks a lot and I would love to have the experience to cook meals. Right now I am taking “Intro to Culinary Arts” and a stretch for me is to cook a meal that I have never cooked before and this is something I am very interested in and to me it is a challenge. My career goals are to receive my diploma and going to any a Culinary Arts School to learn more about cooking. Career-related information Present

However, there are not a lot of possibilities for advancement for a chef. For those who leave a cooking facility, they would like to have people who have the best experience to work in restaurants and other buildings. The more experience a person has, the more of a possibility they will have that job.
Technology
There have been recent changes in the cooking industry. The Guardian News vindicates that “temperature probes, designed to be inserted into foods such as meat, fish, pies, and bread loaves to ensure thorough cooking or a preferred level of “doneness”. (“Davis”). It seems as if they are trying to make an easier way to cook. They use technology to consider new gadgets and equipment to help out in the kitchen to make cooking fun and simple.
There have been ideas for future changes in the cooking industry. The Guardian News declares that they are “waiting for the right moment to reach for the next ingredient, Moley Robotics, incorporating two enormous arms and a pair of surprisingly nimble hands robo-chef moves its arms as if in a shrug.” (“Davis”). With this gadget, it seems that a person can easily control this with an app and manage what it will cook and what time to start. The Environmental Protection Agency addresses that “Pesticides are widely used in producing food to control pests such as insects, rodents, weeds, bacteria, mold, and fungus.”(“Food and Pesticides”). “The science and our understanding of chemical risk evolves and EPA continues to reevaluate each pesticide’s safety every 15 years.” (“Food and Pesticides”). It is not safe to have certain types of dangers in all restaurants. All restaurants everywhere should be aware of that restaurant to confirm there are no hazards in the kitchen or the building
