Unnoticed is that the dominant power in the form of exploitation has transformed into the model of business and security dependency, which still control the road to liberation in East Asia. Therein develops a implicit model of new colonial domination based on the control of economic interests owing to the globalization of the widespread free-trade cooperation in contemporary. The mighty economic domination by the economic powerful states has exposed the threat to the economic independency of powerless states as well as the political position. Wherein a contextual foundation of a universal human rights can be weakened. That is to say, the resistance to the power domination are still located in the agenda of improving the contemporary democracy.
