This figure reveals the effect of different employee’s commitment with the level of success of company’s success. It shows that the level of the organizations success and achievement enhances as the employees commitment towards that work increases.

Employee’s sincerity and passion for the work ultimately leads towards the goals satisfactory approach of the organization. Most of the survey respondents recognized and accepted that the success and survival of the organization is highly influenced by the professional capacity and level of motivation of the company’s workforce. In fact it is the main reason for the successful working achievement of many sectors. In all, 52.4% of the respondents consider that there is a significant relation between employees’ commitment and the organizations success and survival while 28.6% of them state that there is a direct relation between the two factors. Only 6.7% of the survey’s participants emphasize an indirect relation between both these elements. None of the respondents argued that such a relation does not exist or is insignificant. This is the result of that graph showing analytical view of the survey.

The employee’s working passion and the level of output is directly related to the motivation given by the leaders. The importance of the motivation for the police force is really important and critical as well because the organizations such as the police sector is mainly depend on the survival and this survival is mainly maintained by the motivational strategy.

The data suggested that the motivational strategy is how much effective in the UK police force. The data also shows the impact of the leader on the employees, and the tactic of motivation on employees in measures of its effectiveness. The data also suggested that the level of productivity and the efficiency of employees also increase with the increased level of motivation. Thus the motivational tactic has a positive role in influencing the employees in the organization to achieve the organizational goals. The data analyses gives the physical picture of the research that the impact of the leaders motivation on the employees. The different factor has the variety of influence on the workers working ability.
