Introduction

This Ethics Program is based on our common ethics and is supported through our behavior every day. Company X has highest ethics of skilled integrity and ethics in the professional community. Continuing and improving our outstanding character is vital to our accomplishments. The company’s focus is on our customers, results and acting with fairness, honesty and integrity. At all times during business dealings and relationships an employee is to demonstrate these values.

1) Honesty- Always be honest in your actions. Never make false or lying statements to anyone.

2) Integrity- Make sure to do the right ethically and legally.

3) Fairness- This company has an anti-bullying code of ethics. We do not allow anyone to intimidate or threaten anyone.

4) Communication- As any company we work as a team. Follow the ethics program as it describes ways to act, from reaching out to your supervisor or using the company’s human resource department.

This ethics program is to be followed and obligatory for all employees. The purpose of this ethics program is to encourage and provide direction to all employees about communication, fairness, integrity, and honesty.

ETHICS PROCEDURES

1) Getting Answers

It is very difficult for this ethics program to give likely business situation or ethical problem that may rise. You must depend on your own good decisions when applying to ethical and lawful principles that are in the ethics program. 1) Up keeping Accurate Business Records

Each employee will be responsible to keep accurate business records. Keeping accurate business records is not only the law but also very important for our own good. We must also keep accurate records for our clients and members.

2) Respecting Clients and Members

Each employee must treat every customer with the upmost respect at all times.

3) Immigration Laws

It is law and the company’s policy to not employee anyone who is not a United States citizen. You must have the proper work authorization to be employee within our company.

4) Managing business fairly and integrity

Every employee must conduct business fairly with everyone person we deal with. No body shall take advantage of anybody or companies to excel at their own good.
