Research studies in the field of online social networks reveal that these sites are positively and negatively affecting the lives of youth greatly. When using sites such as Twitter, Facebook, or Myspace for communication have allowed social media to play essential roles in their lives. Social media has really taking a toll on society’s way of life from altering face-to-face interaction, education, and work environment.
In present time face-to-face interaction is rare due to social media. Social media has taking over society due to how easy it is to communicate with someone without even having to be in front of them. Most people would rather just talk electronically rather than in person just because it more convenient. Many individuals turn to social media to communicate with other rather than meeting up with others. Facebook is a great example where people turn to communicate with others...
