2. Time with Friends
It 's often work that will cause us to become incredibly stressed. When you don 't take time to hang out with friends and family, you 'll forget why you 're working so hard. At least one day per week, spend a few hours forgetting about the bad day at work or problems at home with a spouse or children. It 's important that you take time to relax with your peers. If you 're invited to a night out, don 't think about all the stressful things you have to do. Take the time away from the things that are stressing you. You 're less likely to stress out when you have 20 minutes to get to your appointment instead of five minutes. Being stuck in traffic can bring anyone 's blood to a boil, but it 's even worse if you 're supposed to be someplace at a certain time. When you plan ahead, you can leave early so you 're not rushing and scrambling to be across town or in another city quickly. You can take your time and relax on the way to the appointment.
