In today 's society Obesity is one of the main causes that children and adults have a problem with. It is one of the main topics that causes death and other medical conditions. Being able to detect obesity is easy but being able to get rid of it can be hard, and it is hard for a lot of people. There are so many teens and children that are not just overweight, but obese, and it is a big issue in America. There are many causes to this issue and it is that people not wanting to be healthy, and also parental influence, which makes it hard on children to lose the weight they want to lose. Not only food makes children and adults obese there are other factor that makes them like that, but there are many remedies that can help reduce obesity, but frankly not many people want the help.

It is the responsibility for people to eat a certain way. What causes people to eat consistently is the lack of physical activities. So many teens and children are obese because of the lack of physical activities. Before anyone had smart phones and computers obesity was not a big problem, but in today in the 21st century many kids don 't care about the physical fitness they are mostly on the web, on their phones going through social networks. Not so many kids play sports they don 't care about going out they are mostly caring about play videogames and watching youtube videos. It is the irresponsibility of the people that let themselves become obese and with many health problems. Doctors can 't give any medications the only thing is to go outside and get active. Running and going to gym helps a lot of people that deal with obesity. There are many personal trainers that actually help people to lose the weight it is a process but it isn 't impossible to do. ...

Obesity is not something people should not worry about, obesity keeps increasing each and every day of our lives.Many diseases like cancer and diabetes are killing people because many people do not want change and many people need the help they may not cry for help but people need to tell them that it 's their life and it can be cured if they put their part and motivated to be able to fight for their life. People need to make a change if they want to live longer the only cure for obesity is the determination in one 's mind if they want a normal and healthy life or not.
