Everything in life has to be held up to a standard of excellence and preparation. This is twice as important when it comes it comes to what, where and how we eat. The food we eat must be cleaned, cooked, and served all in a sanitary manner before consumption. The dining cafe inside King Frazier does not live up to this requirements. It is sad to say that the cafe’s health management has been severely lacking. If this keeps up, it can proof to become a major health hazard.
First, one must know just how important eating properly is and the long term effects that it can have. In some parts across the globe, the lack of food is apparent. Scarce food causing under eating which produce unhealthy bodies. Without proper nutrition the body is not strong enough to support itself, causing various health problems. In controversy, over eating can be just as harmful as under eating. Too much fat, sodium, etc. can cause the body to slow and even shut down. People infected with illnesses caused by food may not seem to have any symptoms, but often may be suffering from dehydration or diarrhea. On a yearly basis, Americans have an estimate of 76 million reports of some type of food poisoning. Lucky, most of these cases have proven not to be life threatening. The downside to this is that people don 't go to doctors. This makes it hard for professionals to find a way to link the various illnesses with different food, making finding the source more complicated. Depending on the infection, it can be fatal. A prime example of under cooked food is the chicken served in the cafe. Undercooked chicken causes salmonella. Salmonella is caused by the salmonella enterica bacteria getting into the body. This is most commonly found in small children. Older adults and people who have weak immune systems are also very likely to get
