It would be beneficial for educators, therapists and parents to know in a deeper way the mechanism involved in exercise effects. Moreover, it would be interesting to research in topics such as the period of time necessary to decrease some symptoms and increase some skills within Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some studies have found improvements after 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise (Lee et al., 2012).
