Who wouldn’t agree that marriage is a beautiful thing? Spending your life with your significant other is an amazing experience that most people get to have at some point in their life. Committing to the right person is a great step towards a joyful future.“However, divorce and separation seem to be highly private decisions, based on considerations made by individuals and couples” (Dronkers 479). In today’s society, divorce has been a problem for many couples. There are many factors such as financial problems, addictions, lack of commitment, and others that cause divorce. Disagreeing with finances and income can also be a major conflict that causes divorce. One of the partners may not always be on the same boat as the other one, causing disagreement between both spouses. Focusing on investing money on materialistic things rather than your happiness in the marriage will definitely cause controversy between both spouses. Married couples should always take the time to agree and decide on how to spend their money. Having two different money management styles can definitely ruin the relationship. However, there are ways that can prevent this from being a significant problem in a marriage. Communicating with your partner, and helping each other change the way one manages their income is a great step towards fixing this problem. Children can develop negative habits that can affect their future. These habits include disobedience, violence, anger, etc. However, some kids may go through depression for a long period of time.
