Most of the work educators attempts to do in any program are necessary constitutes that may help determine the usefulness of the program and the number of benefits for the children and their families. Besides having knowledge about child development, educators need to use a curriculum designed for the active learning environment. Each document came out under professional educators, and each one has its own interest for any program. Every document directs early learning environments for children from zero to eight years old.
How has the CECE improved the quality of the profession? What common elements do you see in the ELECT and CECE and how, if any, has it raised the quality of early learning programs?
The Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007, established the College of Early Childhood Educators which is mainly responsible for serving and protecting the public interest, including those of children and parents, by regulating the profession of early childhood education.
The College of Early Childhood Educators promotes and ensures high standards for the profession of early childhood education by: Regulating the practice of early childhood education and governing the members. Setting registration requirements to ensure that only qualified and competent individuals are registered as members. Maintaining a public register of early childhood educators. Setting standards of practice that all early childhood educators are accountable to meet. Investigating complaints from the public about the conduct of its members and, if necessary, disciplining members. (lesson 7)

Since programs are created to suit the individual needs of the child, it helps cultivate the child’s perception of other people and allow them to develop values such as inclusion and equality. A good example of this is the notion wherein the child should wait for their turn before using an object used by another student. All these common element have raised the quality of early learning programs, For instance, every point is important while educating young children and all their goal is doing the best for the children. Integrating concepts from ELECT to the CECE enables the assessment and feedback mechanisms to be adherent and responsive to the needs of its target communities and group, focusing on areas that really matter and need attention.
