As mentioned by Perrenialism that education is the preparation for the future. But when one gets to the core of the word it is really important to society. Without education, society will fall apart. My goal in life is to help my student become productive citizens. Montessori believed in the worthiness, value and importance of children. Her method doesn’t compare a child to norms or standards that are measured by traditional educational systems. It is founded on the belief that children should be free to succeed and learn without restriction or criticism. He also believed that the school environment should be an environment where students learn to respect themselves and others. The knowledge taught should allow students to think and act independently. This is why I would like to arm my students with this ability. Another aspect is that the students should find out who they really are and improve upon themselves. That 's why I have chosen teaching as my proud profession. And I agreed with both statement of the Montessori methods.
My philosophy of education is based on progressive. As a progressivism I believe in problem solving and making skills, because in todays’ society if we don’t teach right and student don’t show any improvement they will not be able to work and/or to be hire in a company without skills. ... I agreed and believes that’s the truth. In some ways educated people can improve society by creating new rules/policies that helps everyone. Because people who aren’t educated have a harder time making knowledgeable decisions which can affect themselves and others. Well educated people will become strong and productive members of society who are more likely to succeed rather than to be troublemakers.
In conclusion, a teacher has many and various responsibilities to deal with. But I personally will say that a productive teacher is not someone who only gives the facts, but increases the desire to learn and become continuously more productive. A teacher 's job extends beyond his content area, we should be relaying our knowledge about life in general. I am going to be the kind of teacher that students will remember me as being able for them to reach out to their dream.

Essay about Workforce Preparation Is Not A Justifiable Goal Of Schools

- “What may be looming is something different: an era of technological unemployment, in which computer scientists and software engineers essentially invent us out of work, and the total number of jobs declines steadily and permanently” (Thompson 6).
