The eczema lotion from the brand Curel is a hidden gem in a world of the skin care for individuals who suffer from skin conditions that require a lot of specialty. This lotion is the perfect balance of moisture and skin building agents that will help skin, eventually, experience less symptoms of their ailment. Curel started off in 1976 as a research project on the structure of skin, the research was held in Kao a Japanese research institution. By 1999, the first Curel products are launched after Japanese researchers discover that eucalyptus leaves are enhancers for skin to produce ceramides. The production of ceramides in the skin is essential for everyone but, in the case of individuals with certain skin conditions such as, eczema

Curel is special because it is ceramide therapy, this lotion helps the skin build up this layer that it is missing. Overtime the skin will eventually stop breaking out or drying out in certain spots that are usually hot spots for eczema. Unlike other lotions, Curel trains the skin to retain moisture, brands like Aveeno, CeraVe, Nieva and Eucerin do not help build up barrier they only provide relief. That is the biggest problem with these lotions, they do not give skin adequate ammo to repair itself, just sufficient to get rid of a flare up that you will have again, eventually. Soon enough that lotion will not prevent the flare up anymore and you will find yourself looking for a new product to use. Compared to other products Curel is a fair price, in store Aveeno, Eucerin, and CeraVe would run you $10-12 for a 7oz-12oz bottle which makes no sense when they do not work very well, you are forced to use a moisturizer on top of these products because just the lotion alone is not cutting it. Then you have to be careful because mixing products can cause allergic reaction or make matters worse, you end up spending more than needed. Nieva is a fair price, $6-7 some places, the issue with Nieva is the fact that it is not thick enough, it does get into the skin but once it is engrossed in the skin that is

Various treatments may be used for months or years because eczema can be very persistent. There are creams and ointments that help calm the itching and irritation to help repair the skin, which could also be prescribed by your doctor. Drugs prescribed by your doctor could also be for infections caused by open sores or cracks. There are also oral drugs prescribed to help calm the inflammation for severe cases. Wet dressings may also be necessary when the eczema is severe. This involves wrapping the affected area with topical corticosteroids and wet bandages, usually done in a hospital. If the treatment is successful, it could still be possible that it may return. Light therapy would be needed to stop it from coming back. This involves exposing the skin to controlled amounts of natural sunlight, but it has harmful effects that could cause premature skin aging and an increased risk of skin cancer. Therapies like these are important to be spoken about with your doctor if it is what's best, especially if it's for younger children since it is riskier.
The Beauty Industry being such a wide market of services and products include providing for the care of our skin, hair, selling of perfumes and cosmetics (“What is the Beauty Industry?”2014) and now developing more extensively into basic cosmetic surgery and treatments, now gives society a big opportunity to pamper and nourish themselves in more extensive ways. Throughout this essay, the branches of dermatology and dermal therapies will be explained; common skin disorders and specifically a treatment called ‘Ultrasonic Peeling’ and how it can potentially help with skin disorders imposed today will be explored and described in detail. After the investigation of what Ultrasonic Peeling is and how it works, I will also state my opinion on how well I think the treatment benefits its users, give my evaluation if I would consider using it, what I think the positives and negatives are and in scenario, assess whether it is a treatment that more salons should consider offering.

In Porter’s model, this generic strategy involves minimizing costs to offer products at low prices (Steven J. Skinner, 1994). As a low-cost provider, Lucas Papaw Ointment’s offers products that are relatively cheaper compared to competitors like Suvana Paw Paw. However, the company also uses broad differentiation as a secondary or supporting generic strategy. This secondary generic strategy involves developing the business and its products to make them distinct from competitors. For example, making nature product with selling lower price, Lucas’s Papaw Ointment applies the broad differentiation generic
